Low Rigg is easily acccessible from Keswick and parking is likely to be on the old A66 at GR 304 239.
The area is primarily open fell terrain with rock and contour features. The area has short runnable grass and fast running will be easily achievable.
A series of controls will be placed out on the area with suggested courses at orange, light green and green standard. Whilst there will be a safety system in place and individual competitor results will be available from the mini-printer on the day, no warm up results will be presented as part of the official event results for the individual and relay events.
Warm up maps may be purchased through the entry system.
